Objective
Smart Money Manager needed a better process for managing their campaigns, leads, and streamlining their application and finance process.
Solution
We leveraged our direct mail management functionality to store all their outbound mail pieces sent. We also integrated the CRM with their new public website and application process, streamlining the customer intake process and reducing the data collection necessary. This allowed consumers to apply directly from the website, convert that to a prospect within the CRM and quote a refinance auto loan for the borrower. Our conversion reporting helps them track conversion rates by campaign and their ROI of their marketing spend.
In addition we custom developed a new purchase and auto refinance calculator within the CRM that populates loan data into their finance application.
